Traditional promotion and relegation to and from the Prem will be scrapped from the 2026-27 season as landmark changes to the English game are voted through.

@gothiccard while I agree that the current system hasn’t been working well I’m not seeing this change doing any better. What’s the case for the change being better for rugby in England?

I don't think there's a case for the change, except the clubs want to make sure they are in the top flight, and getting the most money.
