Coaching someone through chairing an independent exclusion appeal, then straight into the Iftar event.
Today an early start, and plenty of coffee before the media interview.
After which I was too hyped up to rest so I converted a doc into a presentation and emailed people to organise the trail run through.
Then I found I'd left a tissue in my black wash, so shook off what I could and put it back in the machine.
But it was fine as I didn't have anything in my calendar until tomorrow evening.
Until I suddenly remembered at 16.30 that I do have a meeting tomorrow and I need to leave at 06.30 to catch the train.
I should have been resting all day. I hope I can get enough coffee!
