Took me a week, but I finally did it: Went through HUNDREDS of online accounts in my password manager.

Deleted over a hundred unused accounts for good, got the ones I want to keep off my old email addresses.

Gonna give it 6 months then I should be able to delete my Apple and Microsoft accounts!
