Drew an idea for a book that would exist in TurAnt because I got bored #art #traditionalart #sketch #TurAnt #TurAntEX #idkwhatthisistbh
The book would be mostly about Turing's crashouts on his own Twitter-alternative social media platform, TuroNet, and how it affected platform policy and incidents (and also vice-versa).
I didn't pick the authors randomly. Meredith Broussard wrote Artificial Unintelligence, and was quite critical of Turing in it. Sarah Wynn-Williams was formerly the director of public policy at Meta, and she later wrote a memoir about it (Careless People). I think these two are some of the best
people that could write such book.
The title, "Party's Over", is a reference to the "No Party Like a Rodericks Party" saying/meme, which spawned on TuroNet in September-October 2025 as a variant of the saying "No Party Like a Diddy Party" and got popular there later on. I think the book would talk about that and how a huge part of
memes on TuroNet could be desensitizing people to the crimes P. Diddy, Jeffrey Epstein, etc. committed. They would of course also talk about the TuroNet-Bluesky rivalry because it's a huge part of the platform's history.
