@kyleve I really do not understand why folks on my team were let go and what I could've done to fix it. This the best team I've ever worked with at Square, they were amazing – I felt so proud about who I'd hired and what they'd done. An insanely amazing group of folks. Really. Sucks.

@kyleve your team had some of the people I admired the most at Square, you included. I truly don't think there's anything you could have done to affect the outcome.
