Housing investment in the Euro area from 2023 through 2025

After a steady decline starting in early 2022, investment reached a trough in the fourth quarter of 2024.
While it showed a slight recovery in early 2025, it declined again by 0.2% in the third quarter of 2025 and forecasted to turn slightly positive by Q4 2025.
