Doop de doo, just had an architectural idea that will make a future part about half the die size and work a lot better, saving like 50-100 megabux over the life of the program.

Too bad I don't get to do any architecture but at least I can tell the vendor to do it and when v2 is twice as fast but the same size and cost as v1 someone else will take credit, doop de doo... I really work at the wrong place.
