Planned ‘megaconstellations’ of satellites could cause unforeseen harm to the ozone layer and climate systems. Global regulation is needed before it’s too late.

@sundogplanets I'm pretty sure they will trigger the Kessler syndrome long before we reach satellite numbers like that, and then, the Space Age will be over, no more satellites until most of the debris cloud has deorbited, and by the time we could theoretically launch rockets again, we won't have any industries left that could produce them.
