Ignore EU bureaucracy and focus on technology.

EU is known to establish idiotic resolutions such as:

Snail is a fish.
Carrot is a fruit.
Capybaras and Bees are ... fish.

... and do not even get me started on their ETS bullshit or engine 'standards' like EURO6 or similar.
