This particular role involves access to sensitive systems and close collaboration with our US-based team, so we're only able to consider US applicants at this time. For roles that work asynchronously and/or on our public code resources, we welcome applicants from all places where the PSF, as a US-based charity, is legally permitted to do business.
@ThePSF When you say "core hours aligned with EST" what does that actually mean? I was totally on board with applying until that point, as I'm both indelibly a night owl and based in pacific time.
@ThePSF the PSF, in name of diversity, is limiting their hiring to the US. Not North America, much less anywhere else (like EMEA/APAC).
Why? Other organisations can do it, so why not The PSF?
