By no means was he pure Belgian.
He was a stray.
Never knew his lineage but just on traits alone, he could of been a pure Belgian.
They are the best of the Shepherds.

Three dog is about the maximum I can manage. Otherwise...
I started with a Goenendael. Then came a Tervueren, because I often have long working days and I thought my dog needed some company during that time. And I have been trying for years to keep two dogs, always replacing the one that left this world. My last loss was in the middle of the Covid period. I was working full time and couldn't take a pup. There was this Lakenois needing rehoming urgently. The pup came when I retired.

But the Groenendael, who has 20 months now, is a nuisance! Friendly, not aggressive at all. But impulsive and plenty of mischief. I'm used to find half trees in the house. But finding a pyrex frying pan in the garden this afternoon, was new to me.

He makes me laugh. By moments, I get angry, But never for long.
He's almost fulgrown, but between his ears, he is still a puppy. Very impulsive!

@CarineMissiaen Cardigan Welsh Corgis, they are. Vito is my boy (3) and Dory is my girl (10). People often wonder if they are border collie mixes!
