MikaSo #Maybank does not only not display the actual amount received in a foreign currency - only showing the post-conversion MYR amount (with no exchange rate info whatsoever) in their web UI or mobile app, they also do not disclose those information in the monthly account statement - despite initially telling me that these could be found there. What a dogshit bank.

@geraineon I considered creating another savings account in a diff bank, at least just for my salary, but I only considered CIMB and the exchange rate seems to better with Maybank so I didn't.
anyway I'm also not quite sure if these limitations I mentioned are also a thing on other banks e.g. CIMB too. idk why it's so hard for them to just disclose these info in app, or at the v least in the monthly statement. even non-banks like Wise can do it so easily :))
