@typingmonkey I heard something about Tide removing filler, so there's less volume in the powdered soap. Supposedly the same number of washes as long as you pay attention to the recommended scoop size.

But a half-empty box does seem odd.

There's the size of the container, the weight of the product, the number of uses per container, and the price per use. That last one is the only one that should matter, but it's the hardest one to figure out.
