When I come across this in any analysis, I check out. Even if they're getting everything else right, the conclusions have the be disregarded because they're building on a foundation that isn't level
OMG I had completely missed this. DFS was acquired by
#$COF (transaction closed 5/10/25). Frankly incredible how badly informed this is, I have nightmares about getting something like this wrong in a quick earnings recap.
