Here is one point that I realized after published v7 of my report.
There are two kinds of FD-302 victim interview documents.
1. FD-302s to which the FBI assigned serial numbers. My report is focused on these.
2. FD-302s that did not get serial numbers.
I wonder why some 302s apparently did not get their own serial number.
@epstein_documents Here is my semi educated guess, based on my experience analyzing source code for IP lawsuits.
Those look like Bates numbers to me (e.g. 31E-NY-30275) see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bates_numbering
The documents with Bates numbers have been submitted to the court (and/or opposing counsel), those without have not.
