I was loom knitting so much in the past couple days, the nerves in my arm got sad ​ I'm like 2/3 of the way done with this sock! Hoping it fits!

For anyone else who uses a knitting loom, is there anything you do posture-wise to reduce repetitive stress troubles?

DIY physical therapy from this: walking around the house, carrying a bottle of not-wine (Martinelli's sparkling apple cider). My hand doesn't entirely love it, but most of the problem is in my elbow and shoulder. And the bottle of cider is more comfy than my other options!
