Overall impression: Much higher level of advocacy overall. Not sure how the court will rule. The judges asked quite a few questions about whether they'd create a circuit split if they ruled for Kangol. There were a fair number of detailed, pointed questions about the Hague Convention & FRCP 4.
Oh, and yes, lots of questions about the new Coney Island decision.
