Presumably what they mean is "Bad People™ were using Tor and we don't know how to stop the Bad People™ from doing their Bad Things™ without just blocking Tor entirely"

completely forgetting that Tor is a VPN service (a better VPN service than the actual VPNs) and FA is half a porn site and considering the way a lot of countries are going, VPNs and Tor are kinda critical to be able to access FA safely now
