I went through Antler's program as a first-time founder building Vexrail. Here's what it's actually like, no PR spin:
The best part isn't the funding. It's being surrounded by 80+ founders going through the same uncertainty at the same time. You pressure-test your idea against smart people daily. That's worth more than the check.
The hardest part is the speed. You go from idea to pitch in weeks. No time for perfection. Ship, learn, iterate.

@ralfSuess Wasn't possible at Antler Vietnam program. Pretty sure it is the same everywhere else. Wasn't an issue for me, since I was in Vietnam even before joining them. But also, they provided some founders who didn't live in Vietnam and got accepted to the program with an allowance to cover tickets and stay during the program. If you are interested, we can talk, and maybe I can recommend you :)
