So, serious question to my fursuiter (or fursuiter-adjacent) friends: how and where do you store your tails? ^^;

This one is kinda massive and right now it's temporarily living in the boyfriend's suitcase with his own fursuit.

@kefen @kefen what are its insides? you can be significantly rougher with them than you think... unless it's a plastic or resin base

@naima I don't rightly know but as far as I can tell, it's fur and fabric wrapping some kind of foam.

The seller assured me it was pretty squishable and it did travel folded into a suitcase already containing a partial suit.

I just never had fursuit accessories before, so I don't know if storing it that way might alter the shape, or if I can just stuff it into a pillowcase for storage.. :D

@kefen obviously don't do anything that'll rip it, but if it's foam then it's very very durable, and can handle being squished up
