Bannon, Epstein, Farage and Johnson and the Plot to 'Topple' Theresa May

The far-right former Trump adviser told Jeffrey Epstein that "we are overthrowing May right now" as he worked with Boris Johnson to remove the then Conservative Prime Minister from office

Those who most loudly assert their patriotism are always the first to sell us down the river. Both Johnson and Nigel Farage were in active discussions with Bannon, for whom Brexit was a major prize. Bannon was feeding intelligence back to Epstein, who also wanted the UK out of the European Union.
It's a reminder that Brexit had nothing to do with our interests. It was an elite project backed by extreme rightwing billionaires and their concierges, many of whom had no vote or standing in this country. Yet it was packaged as patriotism by the very people collaborating with foreign interests.
It's all part of the same story: these political manipulations sit alongside the industrial-scale abuse and rape of women and children by the Epstein network. Ordinary humans are simply objects to them, to be conned, exploited, extracted, destroyed and discarded as convenience dictates.
@georgemonbiot.bsky.social 'Simply objects' is perhaps too one-dimensional: in authoritarian thinking, people occupy points on a (often divinely ordained) hierarchy where some are born to rule and some to serve. Men over women; rulers over underlings; the rich over their servants; humans over cattle and slaves; humans as a collective over the natural world. But the practical effect is of course the same.
