With ISS packet now on 437.825 MHz for a few days, it can be worked as long as you're compensating for Doppler on both uplink & downlink. A group of 5 memory channels, similar to tuning the cross-band repeater's downlink, can be used. I updated this document to use the current frequency.
I tried the 0745 UTC ISS pass over Arizona, listening to both the 437.825 MHz packet/APRS digipeater & 437.800 MHz cross-band repeater downlink, working both during the pass. I was heard through the digipeater, yay!
TH-D75/Elk for the ISS pass, set up to work both the digipeater with memory channels in VFO A, and the repeater (145.990 MHz/67.0 Hz tone in VFO A, 437.800 MHz +/- in VFO B). Heard KD9OIN late in the pass on the repeater, nobody else was on the digipeater.
