Overview The Borough of Mount Morris is located near the West Virginia state line along Interstate 79 and Route 19 in southern Greene County, Pennsylvania. The community is an extremely small settlement within the Commonwealth, largely renowned for Scots-Irish settlement throughout the region as well as for select groups from the Mid-Atlantic region, including English and Dutch settlers traveling westward from New Netherland and even select Virginians and Marylanders.
