As soon as she's done checking out the chip, the blue hands it back to Tiernan. "I don't need that. I'm not a square."
Turning her attention back to 'Button', Chloe says, "let me guess, you're gonna somehow restore my liver back to normal? Or...?"
@BlueDeathCheatr @TiernanRaynham Button inclines her head. “Nothing of the sort. I’m simply here, at Ms. Raynham’s request, to take care of you and make sure you don’t fall off the proverbial wagon.” The vampire pauses. “It’s just as easy to drink yourself off that list, Ms. Price.” [x]

Before Button leaves, she says, “Rhian is on her way. I believe you requested to see her, Chloe.” >

Dr. Rhian McAuliffe, M.D.While Tiernan is at the cafeteria getting food for her and @BlueDeathCheatr, Rhian and @SansBlackhearts arrive. The Welshpire scoots into the room and climbs up into the chair beside Chloe’s bed. She flips through the bluenette’s medical charts and frowns.
“Presumably they’ve told you that the damage to your liver is irreversible. I’m so sorry, Chloe.” She puts a pale, cold hand on her friend’s. “At this point, your only hope is a transplant.”

Just as the vampiress leaves, @TiernanRaynham walks in with two meals—one for her and another, specially made one for Chloe. >

“You know Rhi’s just trying to help you, Chlo’?” She says through a bite of food. “These are great lengths she’s going to.”

“What if I could get Max here by the end of the day? She owes me, like, twelve favors.”

As Larson leaves, Chloe lets out a deep sigh, resigned to her fate, condemned to live with cirrhosis.
The blue's attention returns to Tiernan, and after that juicy offer, Chloe gives her friend a blank stare for a few seconds.
After that, the punk says, matter-of-factly, "first, get me some food. Once you're done, get those balloons out and put 'em in my mouth." >
