Today's run was a Tabata run. 14 minutes at training pace before, 8 20 second repeats at sprint pace, with 10 second cool down, finishing with another 14 minutes at training pace.

As always, I struggle with getting the pace right on the high speed bursts, because the Garmin lags slightly in showing my pace, so it's almost over before I know whether I was on the mark. But still, it felt pretty easy today, and viewing the graph after I finished, it looks like I got it vaguely accurate :)
