Hey does anyone out there know about the architecture underlying the #regionOfWaterloo 's Engage platform? There's a link off the bottom of the page to https://www.socialpinpoint.com/ . I'm finding a lot of circularity in their web site that just loops back to essentially, contact them for a sales pitch.

I'm not a huge fan of the engage platform, mainly because it's closed, and there's a great deal of friction on citizens just getting in there and finding out what's going on.
