Fred R.LAPD found not liable in death of an officer who was killed in a "training accident" after reporting an alleged gang r@pe by four fellow officers.
That headline definitely sounds awful, but considering the specific liability issue in a civil case is a really hard thing for a jury to do. This is why appeals exist.
