Eira TanseyAbsolutely insane how many Reddit threads of people asking for advice about important money or legal issues have so much bad information in them. For the love of god, I know it's expensive but sometimes you just need to suck it up and call an accountant or attorney and pay them for an hour of their time. This stuff is so jurisdiction specific too that random redditors really can't adequately advise you on your situation!!! This has been your regular Capricorn PSA to trust the professionals.

@platypus I believe in you!!!! No one loves talking to attorneys but sometimes you just have to for peace of mind!
@platypus (And actually of all the attorneys I get to deal with in my life, I do like both of my business attorneys I've had because somehow both of them have cracked some good jokes that are at the intersection of dad humor and Gen X humor)
