( #fallingSkies ): I was going to write another long complaint post but it's not worth it. Suffice to say, more bad writing. Another man-pain execution, a new critter type (admittedly cool in design) pretty much designed for sudden and horrific killing, and now both man-pain people are trying to coalition themselves against Mason (not that I blame them in a wastonian sense).

On the other end of the spectrum, the vfx are really damn good. Doug Jones continues to Doug Jones, going so far as to revoice his usual character's own father for some reason. They're still using composite puppetry, costuming, and CGI really well.

The critter I mentioned by the way: kind of a horsefly genetically mutated by the Espheni to include features from skitters, themselves.... And humans. Mutant Horsefly swarms with human eyes. Siiiiiick.
