Now my BeyerDynamic DT 990 Pro headband is all cracking up and tearing apart. FUCKING HATE ALL THIS MODERN CRAP STUFF QUALITY! Everything is just fucking load of crap that works for a couple of years and breaks apart after it. Fucking hate all this!

Edit: at least this one you can replace the headband. Less bad but still pissed off!

@osxreverser ha! …I used to work with DT100s 30 years ago. The headbands and ear pads used to crack and break then too. But as you say, replaceable.

@Sdsykes yup, and now I noticed the Sony XM4 ones aren't so if they break they become trash ahahahha :-/

@osxreverser Don't worry. I am sure Beyerdynamic will release a vibe-coded app with a subscription for only $15 a month that will make LLM-based suggestions for headband maintenance.
