Mira and @CloverMcNeill have just gotten into a cab at the airport in Los Angeles when the Nayevan feels something shift between her hips. Her machine is in transit from the plane’s cargo hold, so Mira nudges her mom with a shoulder. >

@MirazaBarazi Clover notices a wet spot on the floor in the backseat under Mira and quickly realizes that her water just broke. She immediately gets on the phone with @CalHunter2.

“Babe, we have a Thundercats Are Go situation here. We’ll meet you at the hospital.”

Mira starts to hyperventilate as baby Tallulah begins to come. Navêrah suggested the name. [x]

@CloverMcNeill @MirazaBarazi-*Grabbing the go bag, phone shoulder pressed to her ear* I'm on my way *petting the puppy as she shot past* we'll be home soon.
@CalHunter2 The natal ward is abuzz with news of a limbless patient. With no legs to push against the stirrups with, the doctors have to get creative. This won’t be an easy process, but it won’t be impossible either.
@MirazaBarazi *Cal burst into the natal ward, bag half strangling her*
@CalHunter2 When Cal gets into the room, Mira is rigged up in a special harness-like apparatus designed to give her something to push against. @NaverahHedali is already there and is pressing on Mira’s shoulder to provide the rhythm to breathe by. She would be screaming if she could vocalize. >
@MirazaBarazi @CalHunter2 “She’s doing great,” Nav reports, “The baby is almost here.” At the nurse’s prompting, Nav presses hard on Mira’s shoulder to indicate that she should push again. [x]
@NaverahHedali @MirazaBarazi -*Cal dropped the bag and raced over to Mira, putting a hand on her cheek to let her know she's here*

@CalHunter2 @NaverahHedali Mira smiles at this touch and mouths the word ‘Mama’.

Then one final push… [x]

@MirazaBarazi @NaverahHedali *Kissing her forehead* You're doing so well.
@CalHunter2 @MirazaBarazi Navêrah is knelt at Mira’s bedside, her hands clasped as she prays to Allah for a safe delivery for mother and baby. >

@NaverahHedali @CalHunter2 In the next moments, a healthy little girl is delivered, with ten tiny fingers and ten teensy toes. The cord is cut and Tallulah screams her brand new lungs out. Mira can’t hear her daughter’s voice, but she senses that Tallulah is safe and well.

After cleaning baby up, a sling is put over mom’s shoulders so she can ‘hold’ her bundle of joy. [x]

@MirazaBarazi @NaverahHedali -*Cal looked at her new granddaughter with the hugest smile* [She is so beautiful. Well done Mira] *she typed on her phone, holding it for Mira to see in the brief second she looked away from her new baby*
@CalHunter2 @NaverahHedali Mira’s blindness is supplemented by her clairvoyance, but all she ‘sees’ is the shape of her mom’s phone. [x]
@MirazaBarazi @NaverahHedali ((sorry, forgot about that))
