DoomsdaysCWI love that you combine oil and acrylics, @leemadgwick . Which do you apply first? What about drying time?
@DoomsdaysCW Thanks. They’re water-mixable oils just for the skies - at least six weeks drying time - and everything else is in acrylic.
Very cool, @leemadgwick ! I appreciate your sharing that. I know there are pro's and con's to using oils and acrylics, and I've always wanted to try to paint using both of them. 🙂
@leemadgwick Skies and oceans I think are best painted with oil paints, but I've attempted them in acrylics.
