Before I consider my actual suggestions, two things spring to mind:

1.) I happen to share my name with the world’s top whistler: https://davidmorris-whistler.com

2.) there was a fairly excruciating earworm mix of whistling from different songs put out a few years/decades back by DJ Riko, and I don’t know whether it’s best to share it and get the weight off my mind, or to hold back and save you all the agony.
