it's been a while so I don't recall the specifics, and it's probably a really bad idea but you can convert between libsignal keypairs and torv3 keypairs

letting you have a deterministic p2p nat punching anonymous address to connect to

i'm sure someone smarter than me can like implement it securely and support multiple devices well

but if you forced people to use their onion address as a username it'd stop people correlating themselves

Webrtc doesn't work well on the tor network. (UDP isnt supported)

As an alternative, I'm investigating on having peers use different turn servers relay messages to provide an extra layer of IP masking.
