National Security Counselors 🕵
I've been snarking a lot tonight bc I'm sick but this is a real question for the #lawsky folks who handle such things. You always hear cops say "based on my training and experience I concluded XYZ" as support for a shooting, or a search, or what have you. What if you can show they HAD no training?

What does a rookie ICE agent who was fast-tracked into active duty with no training get to say? He has no experience and he has no training?
