@theleftistlawyer I've heard other people express similar things, and tried to disabuse people of this.
Some people are just hateful, and these people will never vote for Democrats, so D's should just not give a crap what they think.
There's more people out there who feel neglected and are susceptible to the "D's don't care about regular folks like you" line. Some of them are recoverable but not by throwing LGBTQ-folks under the bus, just actually do things that make working people's lives better.
(The fact that so many people perpetually fall for "blame X minority for your problems" sucks but the crappy nature of the human race is just something we have to deal with).
Or we can use effective methods, like the race-class-gender (RCGN) narrative framework, to tell very different stories that build solidarity across differences and put the blame where it belongs, on Broligarchs and the #EpsteinClass.
RCGN works, we just need more people to learn about it and use it.
