early_riserTo be fair, if people acted back then more or less as they do now, they’d be more inclined to leave a negative review than a positive one. All the more so considering the effort involved in writing, the skills and materials needed to write, were rarer back then, and the effort just to transmit the message after it was written would not be trivial, either.
