@justbob ...this sounds like a catch 22 in progress designed to take even more of what little we have left, cos, will we also be locked away if we cant pay fines? ...are we heading back to the slave labour excuse of debtors prison times and "sanitoriums" that use the unwanted for brutal and bizarre medical experiments? ...can we please not replay these horrid tales from history?
