Yesterday I read this book, and over the course of the day went from 'Not totally sure why I grabbed this, but ok' to 'Whoa' to 'Wow' to 'How does this precise thing, which is so exactly what I needed, exist in this moment,' to truly fearing that I will never be the same for having read it, and trying to lean in toward that.

This might, indeed, just be what *I* need (y'all it's deep, place-tied antiracist economic geography with mutual aid as its throughline), in which case thanks Kate Brown of MIT for your labor ...

but it's also just great and faithful and hopeful, so I share here in case you need it, also
