I've released the version 1.2 of KanjiVGEditor.

Update includes:
* display the number of strokes under the structured representation of the kanji
* refactor the menu in the data area to be multi-levels like in the drawing area
* add functionality to reorder groups and elements
* add functionality 'cut/paste'
* add info messages for copy/cut/paste
* remove the menu state from the undo history
* corr bug about display of the currently selected element
* keep the currently selected tool after selection of an element
* add functionality to reset all the numbers
* add folding functionality for groups
