@augieray Think is, they wanted to piss off liberals. And what Trump is doing is pissing off liberals.

So they totally voted for it, and did so deliberately and knowingly.

What they didn't realise is that the liberals are right, and they also want so many of the things that the liberals want.

Rage is the goal to control the not-so-bright folks. It is a tried and true method. "blinded by rage", is a fact, it's not a saying today.
