No. Not yet directly. Rahmstorf posted something the other week along the lines that increased transport in the Eastern limb of the #AMOC, the one which hugs the European coast, is
a) observed but
b) not contradicting overall AMOC slowdown.

But the Cold Blob South of Greenland is getting colder and that also impacts European weather by changing air pressure distribution, I mean, the Lows and Highs over the Atlantic and Northern Europe, and therefore the jetstream location and strength across Europe.
