#ACT has about a third of buses electric, aiming to be all by 2040.
That sounds slow but they are also building electric rail system eventually covering all areas. It is brilliant in theory but difficult in practice because it disrupts traffic to get rail through CBD.
Also usual grumpies whinge on and on about it.
I have lived in London, it will be like a mini Underground but above, which was so easy and fast..

So absolutely great, again also expensive but in long run ideal.

@RHW @jhaue I was in Canberra today and 4 of those buses went past in the space of two minutes. As I recall, the LNP opposition is opposed to the rollout in some way.
