@WeirdAlsSexDungeon fry up ginger and garlic in oil til softened, add miso and brown sugar for a moment, deglaze with like a tbsp of chicken stock then add oats, stir for another moment then add a bunch of chicken stock (or veg or wtv), cook til ur preferred consistency, salt+pep to taste and add toppings of choice (soft boiled eggs, breakfast sausages, sesame oil, chili crisp, green onions and crispy onions pictured, i added some eggplant dip after too)
