You aren’t wrong though, the Trump administration hates taking prisoners as the prisoners keep turning up innocent upon closer inspection, it is much better for their PR narrative to kill outright. Then they can portray the culprit any way they want and they can scream RADICAL LEFT over and over again without the thorny details that it was in all likelihood another MAGA piece of shit who tried to shoot Trump.

Yeah, it’s dumb to test systems that are currently on a high arc of the shoot first ask questions later narrative. Guess we will never know either way now.

Here to hoping that this event, and the increasing prospect that some hero will breach his safe space, causes trump and his family and colleagues at ever more stress, discomfort and pain. Anything that makes life worse for all of them is a good thing.
