@chris in my very limited opinion of the game, but coming from a country where football (soccer) is king... i think both sports are missing more goles... it's so.. unfair.. frustrating that one team played so much better, shot to goal twice as much... and is not reflected in the score.. in that basketball may be a lot fairer.. #my2cents 🪙🪙

Both games are about play as much as scoring. The heartbreak of running into a defensive brick wall or a brilliant goaltender is essential to the experience.

Which is partially why fans hate trick OT rules that are designed to get it all over with rather than let the teams fight it out to the end.
