What’s the cassava used for? Flour? Or livestock feed?

Cassava is a staple crop for a large part of the world’s population, primarily south of the equator.

It forms the basis of a ton of dishes, similar to rice or potatoes elsewhere. Additionally cassava flour (aka tapioca starch) is the used as an ingredient in a ton of different foods, including animal feed.

So all of the above really.
