The FAQ raises more questions tbh. I'm seeing posts on my timeline, that I've no intention of interacting with as I don't want my interaction being forwarded into a social media platform I'm not on because I choose not to be.
Reading the FAQ either the opt out part is for people who have enabled this feature or it takes the "you opt in until you opt out" approach for all data it comes into contact with.
The latter smacks of all the reasons I'm not on other platforms.
@Theriac So. By default, you can see bridged accounts, and you are not bridged. If you block @[email protected], however; you also can't see bridged accounts. that's how it works, afaik. you can also add #nobridge to your profile too, instead of blocking that account.
