Ethiopia and Eritrea are preparing for full-scale war again. One side backed by the UAE and the Nobel Peace Prize (thank you again for awarding the peace prize to a genocider), another side backed by Egypt and the Saudis. My whole life has been wars between Ethiopia and Eritrea.

It is inconceivable that these shameless people are going back to war, before people have even finished counting their dead from the last one.

In the last one they were allied through hate of Tigrayans, jointly committing #TigrayGenocide. Now they're going at each other. Inconceivable after just having gone through deadliest war of the 21st century thus far.

My brain can't process that this is happening.

And so-called "international community" will only step in to stop victims from fleeing or to pillage the resources, continuing the cycle.

And so-called western left will figure out how to frame it as a "western imperialism" issue and gaslight victims who don't align with that perspective, or pretend it isn't happening, like Sudan.
