@eri The "Life is Work" folks up in Chicago are nice people, and Chicago House was (maybe still are? Idk) having some financial issues, but they do outreach for HIV/AIDS positive folks, and they have pretty comprehensive assistance for trans folks.

@eri I see The Trevor Project show up fairly regularly and I’ve seen streamers do charity streams for them.

Check them out to see what you think. Can’t say I’ve checked them out specifically but I haven’t heard any typical warning signs.
